1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of edible products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Package tampered or leaked during delivery

3. Refund Request Time

You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear product photos
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

4. Refund Process

Once verified, we will provide:

  • Replacement OR
  • Refund (as per case approval)

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
