We currently deliver across India (service availability depends on courier partner coverage).

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Handmade products may take extra preparation time during high-demand seasons/festivals.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Local/nearby cities: 2–4 days
- Other cities/states: 4–7 days
Delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Sometimes we may offer free shipping on selected orders or offers.
5. Delivery Partner
We ship orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.
6. Address & Contact Details
Customers must provide:
- Complete delivery address with pincode
- Correct mobile number
⚠️ If the address or phone number is incorrect/incomplete, delivery may fail and we will not be responsible for the delay or non-delivery.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address, the order may be returned.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
- Refund may not be possible for food items
8. Damaged / Missing Items
If you receive:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product
- Open/tampered package
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
We will verify and provide:
- Replacement OR
- Refund (as per approval)
